Three Years of Hella Rock

Independent festivals take an enormous amount of work behind the scenes, and Hella Rock is driven by a team with a genuine passion for live music.

Hella Rock Festival 2026

This year’s Hella Rock Festival takes over HMV Empire, Coventry on Saturday 5 September 2026, for a full day of rock ‘n’ roll.

Following the sad loss of Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell earlier this year, the planned headline appearance by Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons has become a celebration of his incredible legacy, with his sons Dane, Todd and Tyla taking to the stage as Phil Campbell’s Bastard Sons.

They’ll be joined by a packed line-up including Dan Byrne, Crobot, King Kraken, Silveroller, Beth Blade and the Beautiful Disasters, Suns of Rest and Walker, alongside more live music on the Roadcrew Stage and an after-party taking the festival into the night.

With previous ticket releases already sold out, Hella Rock 2026 is building towards one huge day at HMV Empire.

Start the Weekend Early

The party starts a day early this year with the official No Sleep ‘Til… Hella Rock warm-up show at HMV Empire on Friday 4 September.

Featuring King Kraken, Bang Bang Firecracker, Cherry B and The Paul Austin Band, it’s a night of Motörhead classics, original rock ‘n’ roll and high-octane live music ahead of Saturday’s main event.
