What is a booking fee
Ticket247, like most ticketing agencies, have to charge a small administration/booking fee in order to provide the service. This fee is added to the ticket face value and is necessary to cover running costs, card processing fees, marketing campaigns and other expenses. Ticket247 always work with venues and promoters to ensure our booking fees are kept as low as possible.
Do you store my card details
Ticket247 use a trusted 3rd party payment platform, Stripe (www.stripe.com), to process all payments/transactions. This means that Ticket247 do not have access to your card or bank details at any stage, making it completely secure.
How are my tickets delivered
Tickets are available for download in the 'Your Orders' section of the website. You can visit this page to download/print a copy of your tickets at any time.
I've registered but haven't received an activation email
The activation email can take a few minutes to arrive. If you haven't received it within 10 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder and add Ticket247 to your safe senders list. If it's not in there, you can try logging in again to receive a new one or use the contact form for assistance.
I've purchased tickets but my order still says 'Pending'
Orders can take a few minutes to process, especially if we are processing a large quantity of orders due to a popular event. If you haven't received your tickets within an hour of ordering, please submit a support request with your order number.
I haven't received a confirmation email
If your order has completed but you haven't received a confirmation email within an hour, please check your junk/spam folder and add Ticket247 to your safe senders list. If your confirmation email is not in there either then you can check with us using the contact form.
My name is on all of the tickets, will my friends be able to use them?
Yes, please ensure that each person attending has their own unique barcoded ticket to present upon arrival at the event. Each barcode will only work once, so as the lead organiser, it is your responsibility to protect the tickets and ensure that no copies of tickets are made/distributed.
Can I get a refund
You will be eligible for a face value refund if the venue, age restriction or event start date has changed since you purchased a ticket. We will notify you if any details change for any events you have purchased tickets for, with details of how to request a refund. As with most ticketing agencies, booking fees are non-refundable.
How do I delete my account
Please use the contact form to request to delete your account. All of your personal details and purchase history will be removed. We will contact you for confirmation before removing your account as this action is irreversible.
