As with most ticketing agencies, tickets are generally non-refundable, as per our terms and conditions. However, you will be eligible for a face value refund if the venue or event start date has changed since you purchased a ticket. We will notify you (by your registered email address) if any details change for any events you have purchased tickets for, with details of how to request a refund.

Yes, please ensure that each person attending has their own unique barcoded ticket to present upon arrival at the event. Each barcode will only work once, so as the lead organiser, it is your responsibility to protect the tickets and ensure that no copies of tickets are made/distributed.
Ticket24/7, like most ticketing agencies, have to charge a small administration/booking fee in order to provide the service. This fee is added to the ticket face value and is necessary to cover running costs, card processing fees, marketing campaigns and other expenses. Ticket24/7 always work with venues and promoters to ensure our booking fees are kept as low as possible.

Unlike some ticketing platforms, we have no complicated pricing structures – it’s completely free to list an event on Ticket24/7! A small booking fee is added to the ticket face value when a buyer is purchasing a ticket to cover our running costs, card processing fees, marketing campaigns and other expenses. We pride ourselves on charging some of the lowest fees in the industry – 10% of face value, or £1 minimum fee as standard, per order.
Please get in touch as we may even be able to share a portion of the booking fees or offer an even lower rate depending on your estimated sales volume!

Customers who have purchased tickets to your events are given the option to follow your page and receive event announcements. The more tickets you sell through Ticket24/7 the more followers you will gain.
When you create a new event you will have an option to schedule an announcement which will email all subscribers to inform them of the new listing, giving an instant boost to sales! You can read more on this topic here.
You can postpone or reschedule an event by browsing to the event in the seller dashboard and clicking the red ‘Postpone’ button in the ‘Status’ section. You’ll be given 2 options – 1) set a new date, or 2) postpone until further notice.
In either case, an email will be sent out to all existing ticket holders informing them of the postponement. Once a new date has been set for the event, another email will be sent out updating all ticket holders, with the option of applying for a refund within 14 days, in line with UK ticket selling regulations. Valid refund requests will be processed automatically.
Money from tickets sales will be added to your ‘pending balance’ until the event has completed. If you have connected a Stripe account then these funds will be automatically transferred to your account shortly after, otherwise they will show in your ‘available balance’ until connected. To check your balance and for transfer history, please visit the ‘Finance’ page in the seller dashboard.
We are happy to pay out a portion, or all of your ticket sales prior to the completion of your event, provided you meet certain criteria. We may also require some proof of ID for our records. Please contact us for further details or provide us with your bank details if you would prefer bank transfer over Stripe payments.
You can connect your website to your Ticket24/7 events with a few small lines of code. Please get in touch and we will supply you with the unique code you can add to your website to automatically display your events, at no cost!
