Ivor Novello-winning artist Scott Matthews has long been established as one of the world’s foremost purveyors of song writing. Taking his cues from the raw, emotive nature of blues and folk, the Wolverhampton native has recently introduced new sonic textures into his world, bringing together waves of electronica and big, chiming electric guitars.

After 14 years in the music industry, Matthews continues to push the envelope with songs of breath-taking and thought-provoking majesty, and it gives us great pleasure to announce his performance will be the closing event of this year's Swansea Fringe programme on Sunday 31st October.

Support on the night comes from Swansea's own Sarah Birch, James Morgan and Samuel Owens.

This year's celebration of music, comedy, spoken word (and everything else we can cram in!) will be taking place from the 21st to the 24th October, with some super special satellite events, and we can't wait to get stuck back in to the festivities.
