We are very excited to bring you another Planet Shroom - Pitched Down event. This one is being headlined by the mighty Carbon Based Lifeforms After that, there will be a line-up to keep the party wobbling with attitude until the wee hours. Watch the skies for more info. 9pm - 4am at Trinity, Bristol Carbon Based Lifeforms (CBL) are Johannes Hedberg and Daniel Vadestridbased in Goteborg, Sweden.They have released 7 official full length albums: 'Hydroponic Garden' (2003),'World of Sleepers' (2006), 'Interloper' (2009) and 'Twenty Three' (2012),'Derelicts' (2017), 'Stochastic' (2021) and 'Seeker' (2023).Their music has been extraordinarily well received by connoisseurs within theambient scene and well beyond. In a top 30 chart of the best Psybient albumsof all time compiled by Rate Your Music, CBL were rated at # 1, 2, 5, 16 and 26alongside such great artists as Sphongle, Solar Fields, Ott, AES Dana and others.CBL aim to combine earth and space in their music, using the combination ofnature and technology as the main inspiration for their work.They have played all over Europe and the US including many festivalappearances such as Symbiosis (US), Anthropos (UK) and Ozora (Hungry) and inApril 2025 played an incredible sold out show at London Earth Theatre.CBL are currently working on material for their next album and will be tryingout some new ideas in their live shows. If they are half as good as the smallsneak preview we heard in April then this is very much something to lookforward to.
