About this event

Cinema & Chorus is a monthly co.mmunal sing-along at Cinema & Co., designed to bring people together through the shared experience of music, co.nnection and wellbeing.

This is not karaoke and not a traditional choir. It is a relaxed, welcoming space where participants sing co.llectively with lyrics projected on the big screen, supported by a unique wireless headphone system that creates an immersive and intimate listening environment.

Group singing has been shown to support mental wellbeing, reduce stress and foster a sense of belonging. Cinema & Chorus offers an opportunity to unwind, co.nnect with others and experience the joy of singing in a co.sy cinema setting.

No singing experience is required — just a willingness to take part.

Event details:

– Every third Friday of the month

– 7pm–9pm

– £8 entry (£6 for students/C&Co members)

– Cafe-bar will be open throughout

Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain an intimate atmosphere.

Also FREE parking 🅿️ for up to 3 hours on the Lidl side of Parc Tawe 🚗 we are just a 5 minute walk away! We’re also in close proximity to Swansea train & bus stations 🚉

Cinema & Co is a unique, independent film house, live venue and gallery space based in the centre of Swansea, UK. Cinema & Co is about watching great films in good company. In our little high street space we have our very own 56 seater Cinema, a love for all things film, a unique gallery space, and a bar (selling snacks, wine and award winning beers ). We are determined not to be an average cinema or business. Cinema & Co is a social space which encourages and showcases young, local filmmakers whilst also organising various creative outreach schemes from our art gallery hub.
