About this event

Cinema & Co.nnection is our monthly, low pressure social cinema night for people who enjoy films that spark co.nversation.

From 6:30pm, the space is open for drinks, games, and informal co.nversation, followed by a carefully chosen film starting around 8pm. There's no structured mingling or pressure - just time to arrive, settle in, and see what unfolds naturally. Pizzas are also available to order on the night.

Joachim Trier's acclaimed modern relationship film follows Julie, a woman navigating love, work, friendship, and the uneasy feeling of being slightly out of sync with her own life. By turns funny, painful, and deeply honest, The Worst PErson in the World expolores timing, indecision, and the quiet ways people grow apart and come back together . It's a film about not having all the answers - and learning to live with that. Thoughtful, relatable, and emotionally intelligent, it's a perfect choice for a Cinema & Co.nnection evening, where the film becomes a shared starting point for co.nversation rather than a co.nclusion.

After the film, you're very welcome to stay for another drink and co.ntinue co.nversations at Cinema&Co., or head out into the nearby bars if the night takes you there.
