Step into a unique movement experience that blends dance, creativity and the power of the five elements. In this immersive workshop, you’ll explore Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Spirit through guided movement, expressive combinations and flowing choreography that brings everything together.

Whether you're completely new to dance, someone that wants to experience a new way of connecting to the elements, or an experienced dancer looking to reconnect, this workshop offers a welcoming space to explore your body, deepen your expression and unlock new layers of creativity.
