"""From Ice to Insanity" is a raw, hilarious solo stand-up show about hitting your 40s with an Icelandic passport, an overstuffed suitcase, and a slightly damaged sense of humor. Having wandered across countries and continents, the only constant has been comedy-because if you don't laugh, you're just sitting around waiting for this cruel life to be over. In this show, I mine my own history: growing up Icelandic, navigating aging in a youth-obsessed world, and collecting awkward encounters in foreign lands like other people collect fridge magnets. From icy landscapes to emotional meltdowns, "From Ice to Insanity" explores culture shock, loneliness, middle-age crises, and the ridiculous ways we try to stay sane. It's brutally honest, darkly funny, and oddly uplifting-a comic road map through depression, doubt, and delayed maturity, proving that even when life feels frozen and absurd, there's always one more joke to tell."
