Dan Freeman is a writer and director working across multiple media. He began his career at BBC Radio, making comedy and drama for Radio 1, 4 and 5. He also worked as a standup comedian before turning to writing and directing. As well as writing a novel and a hit play, he pioneered the podcast “audio movie” and created the World’s first webcast. He has taught at BBC Radio and TV and the Raindance Film Festival. He is the CEO of Secret Planet Productions, and writer and director of the Welsh fantasy feature film Hold Excalibur, currently in pre- production.
