About the venue
It closes at 10pm Monday to Thursday. Being a full-service restaurant rather than a bar, it suits a seated event better than a standing one, and the price point is materially higher than anywhere else on the list.
Getting there
The venue is on Old Country Road in Carle Place, in the middle of Nassau County. Carle Place LIRR station is an eleven-minute walk and puts Penn Station and Grand Central within about forty minutes — so this venue genuinely draws from Manhattan as well as Long Island. One caution from reviewers: Carle Place has only around ten parking spaces, so anyone driving to the train should use Mineola instead, which has a garage. The venue itself has its own car park.
