About the venue
A pub and dining room rated 4.1 from more than 2,770 reviews, mid-priced, open 11:30am to 11pm Monday to Thursday. It traded until recently as the European Bier Cafe, so older references and signage may differ.
Getting there
The venue is on Exhibition Street in the Melbourne CBD, three minutes' walk from Parliament station on the City Loop, and within the Free Tram Zone which covers the whole central grid — so travel to it costs nothing from anywhere in the CBD.
