Step into the world of belly dance and reconnect with your body through movement, rhythm, and self-expression. This workshop is an inclusive, welcoming space designed to explore the foundations of belly dance while celebrating individuality, creativity, and confidence.

Whether you’re completely new or returning to the dance, you’ll be guided through fluid isolations, grounding movements, and expressive combinations that build strength, coordination, and body awareness. Expect a supportive atmosphere where curiosity is encouraged, perfection is not required, and joy is at the heart of every step.

Held at the wonderful Smyrna Chapel in the heart of Aberfan.
