Note the opening pattern: it is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, opening at 4pm Wednesday to Saturday and running to midnight midweek — so only a Wednesday or Thursday event works here. Reviewers describe it as a small room, which suits an intimate gathering rather than a large one.
Getting there: The venue is on Lark Street in Albany's Center Square, a short walk from the Capitol and Washington Park. The Lark Street CDTA bus station at Washington Avenue is two minutes away and is the main transit connection — Albany has no rail transit, so buses and driving are the options. Street parking around Lark Street is metered and free in the evenings, with additional lots nearby.
