About the venue: A pub rated 4.6 from around 1,845 reviews — the highest-rated venue in this group — and inexpensive, with reviewers noting large portions at low prices. Two points that suit a networking event: smoking is not permitted indoors, which is unusual in Athens and makes the room more comfortable, and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. A wide craft beer range including Greek breweries.

Getting there: The venue is in Gazi, the former gasworks district west of the centre and now one of Athens' main nightlife areas. Keramikos metro on Line 3 is roughly a hundred metres away — reviewers mention it specifically — which connects directly to Syntagma and the airport. Given central Athens traffic and parking, the metro is comfortably the best approach.
