The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price
Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

About the venue: A cocktail bar in Mitte rated 4.4 from more than 1,200 reviews, mid-priced, with a reputation for an inventive menu and knowledgeable bartenders. It opens at 7pm Tuesday to Sunday and closes at 1am midweek, so a 7pm start begins as the doors open — worth confirming early access if you want to set up beforehand. Closed Mondays.
Getting there: Rosenthaler Platz U-Bahn on the U8 is about a minute from the door, which makes this one of the easiest venues to reach in the network — the M8 and M1 trams also stop at the same junction. Bernauer Straße, further north on the U8, is a twelve-minute walk if you are coming from that direction. Driving is the weaker option in Mitte: the nearest booked parking is ampido on Invalidenstraße, seven minutes away, and Q-Park at Alexanderplatz is fifteen.
