Property Deal Network — Milan
A relaxed monthly meetup for Real Estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.
What happens at PDN Milan?
People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.
Who typically attends?
Investors (from first-timers to portfolio landlords), developers, sourcing agents, brokers, solicitors, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in property or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

About the venue: A cocktail bar rated 4.6 from a smaller base of around 100 reviews, mid-priced, opening at 6pm and running to 1am midweek. Reviewers highlight the aperitivo offering and a welcoming bar counter. It is a compact room rather than a large one, so it suits a smaller gathering better than a full-capacity event.
Getting there: The venue is on Via Pietro Borsieri in the Isola district. Isola station on the M5 (lilac) line is a four-minute walk, which connects to Garibaldi for the M2 and mainline trains. Parcheggio Restelli is six minutes away, open 24 hours at around €3 an hour — worth knowing that Milan's Area C congestion charge applies on weekdays in the historic centre, though Isola sits outside it.
