The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.

Practical details
When: Set Wednesday each month (except December), from 7pm

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price
Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 18s only; ID may be requested

About the venue: A basement bar rated 4.4 from a smaller base of around 40 reviews, mid-priced. One scheduling point matters: it opens at exactly 7pm every day, so a 7pm start would leave no setup window without arranging access. Reviewers describe an international crowd, a good beer and whisky range, and a regular programme of English-language comedy nights — worth checking the calendar against your date.
Getting there: The venue is on Francouzská in Vršovice, nine minutes' walk from Náměstí Míru metro on Line A — worth knowing that this station has the longest escalator in the European Union, so allow a little extra time from platform to street. Trams also run along Francouzská. Vršovice is residential, so street parking exists but the metro is easier.
