About the venue: A brewpub on Grande Allée rated 4.1 from more than 2,500 reviews, mid-priced, part of the 3 Brasseurs chain. It opens at 11:30am and closes at 10pm on a Wednesday, so a 7pm start leaves a three-hour window — the tightest close of any venue in this tranche, worth noting if your events tend to run late. Getting there: The venue is on Grande Allée Est in the Upper Town, walking distance from the Plains of Abraham and the Parliament building. Québec City has no metro, so arrival is by bus, taxi or car. Two car parks are close: one on Rue Berthelot about a minute away, and a larger lot at 225 Grande Allée Est six minutes away — expect central Québec rates of around CAD 27 for three hours.
