About the venue: A restaurant and lounge bar rated 4.3 from around 1,200 reviews, mid-priced, with a rooftop deck that reviewers rate highly in warmer months. Open until 11pm midweek. Importantly it is closed on Mondays, and reviewers note it is used for private functions — one describes hosting 25 people on the rooftop — so it is accustomed to groups.

Getting there: The venue takes its name from Confusion Corner, the junction where Corydon, Osborne, Pembina and Donald meet just south of the city centre — a well-known landmark and easy to direct people to. Winnipeg has no rapid transit, so arrival is by car, bus or taxi, with parking in the surrounding Corydon Avenue blocks.
