Hailing from Swansea, Wales, HOUSE OF HOSTS are rapidly earning a reputation as one of the UK’s most emotionally charged and sonically devastating modern metal outfits. Featuring Daniel Foley-Griffiths (vocals), Jack Hunt (bass), Beth Goodwin (drums), and guitarists James Russell and Ross Davies, the five-piece blend technical prowess and raw intensity, drawing influence from metal heavyweights including Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, Disturbed, and Dream Theater. Following the impact of their previous singles, Oblivion and Bound by Fate, the band’s latest offering, Darkest Days, surges with thunderous energy, and uncompromising emotional weight. Accompanied by a visually arresting new video, the track captures HOUSE OF HOSTS at their most unapologetically honest and creatively evolved. Guitarist James Russell reflects: “The making of our Reckoning EP made us look into ourselves and ask what made us who we are and what we stood for. As a result, this is our darkest and grittiest release to date — but there’s a prevailing theme of hope and rebirth running through the entire record.” Set to feature four powerful new tracks, Reckoning channels the band’s relentless live energy and deep-rooted emotion into a sonic journey brimming with crushing riffs, dual guitar solos, pounding drums, atmospheric breakdowns, and a vocal performance that cuts to the core. With a swelling fanbase, an unshakable creative vision, and their most ambitious release to date on the horizon, HOUSE OF HOSTS are ready to make their Reckoning known.
