SPIT HOOD (Cardiff)

Cardiff's finest noise merchants headline Friday night. Part hardcore, part rave, part complete breakdown. Spit Hood have built a reputation for turning rooms upside down and leaving people wondering what just happened. Loud, chaotic and impossible to ignore.

THE SHUNKOS (Port Talbot)

You should know these lot by now. Port Talbot's own. Fast punk songs, zero pretence and more hooks than they probably get credit for. One of the hardest-working bands on the local circuit and proof that some of the best bands still come from rehearsal rooms, not TikTok.

LA BOTANY (Swansea)

Swansea's La Botany don't really fit neatly into a box, which is probably why people keep talking about them. Heavy when they want to be, melodic when they need to be and always interesting. One of those bands that makes a lot more sense once you've seen them live.

NIPPER & THE DAWGGS (Carmarthen)

Coming over from Carmarthen, Nipper & The Dawggs bring the riffs, the energy and the sort of songs that stick in your head for days afterwards. Still building their name but every band starts somewhere, and these boys are definitely heading in the right direction.
