Yoga & Community Circle with Ysobella 

🌟Bring your own mat 🌟 (We have a few spare mats available if you forget!)

Date: Thursday - 10/04/25 (weekly class)

Time: 60-minute class from 18:30-19:30

Please arrive 5-10min early, if you're more than 10 minutes late you won't be able to join the class due to missing the warm up.

Cost: Try before you buy! First class for free..  £8 for classes after your trial class which includes free herbal tea.

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session with our local teacher, Ysobella! Each week, Ysobella will guide you through a peaceful meditation to center the mind and body, helping you quiet the noise of the outside world and bring yourself into the present moment. She then leads a gentle physical yoga practice, suitable for all abilities, making it perfect whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner. The class finishes with a relaxing wind-down, leaving you feeling restored and balanced. 🧘‍♀️✨⚖️

Whether you're here for the yoga, or the connections, this is a space for relaxation and rejuvenation. We can't wait to share this experience with you! ✨
