Many platforms charge sellers a fee per ticket and surprise buyers with hidden costs like transaction fees, processing fees, card handling fees, and other extras at checkout. This often frustrates buyers and leads to abandoned purchases. At Ticket24/7, we simply charge a single, low booking fee, designed to maximize sales for your event and keep your customers happy!
Example Fees
- £5 ticket + £1 booking fee = £6 total buyer price, you receive £5
- £10 ticket + £1 booking fee = £11 total buyer price, you receive £10
- £15 ticket + £1.50 booking fee = £16.50 total buyer price, you receive £15
- £25 ticket + £2.50 booking fee = £27.50 total buyer price, you receive £25
- £50 ticket + £5 booking fee = £55 total buyer price, you receive £50
N.B. Our fees are per order, not per ticket, so 2x £5 tickets = £10 + £1 booking fee

Secure Stripe Payment Processing & Payouts
We use Stripe, a secure and trusted online payment processor, to handle card payments. We cover the associated costs within our booking fee to streamline buyer fees and keep our service completely free for sellers!
How Do I Get Paid?
As soon as your event completes, we will automatically initiate a payment to your connected Stripe account, you don’t need to do a thing! Payments to your bank account usually take no more than a couple of working days and you can check on progress by logging into your Stripe account. If you prefer to be paid directly into your bank via BACS, then please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.
Can I Get Paid Sooner?
If you would like your ticket money prior to completion of your event, we can set this up for you in most instances. We would require some proof of ID or of your business which you can upload to our secure server for our records. Should your event be cancelled or involve a significant change, then you would of course be liable for buyer refunds and we would seek reimbursement.
