Ticket Sales / Purchases

General Ticket Terms

23. Admission to the associated Event is only permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket or other authorised proof of entry.
24. Tickets may be presented in printed or digital format.
25. Each ticket is valid for one admission only. Any ticket that has been duplicated, altered, copied, forged or previously scanned will be invalid.
26. Tickets are issued subject to these terms and any additional rules of the associated Event or venue.
27. Tickets must not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
28. Attendance at the Event is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event, including programme, performers, date, time or venue.

Refunds & Ticket Exchanges

30. Tickets are non-refundable after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
31. If an event is cancelled, Ticket247 will automatically process a face value refund. Funds will usually be available within 10 working days.
32. If an event is postponed/rescheduled, you will receive an email notification and be eligible for a face value refund for up to 14 days after confirmation of the new date.
33. Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to a different date or event once purchased. Each event date is treated as a separate event, even where events are marketed together or take place across multiple days.
34. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or vary the programme of an event without being obliged to provide a refund.
35. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser or to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Pricing & Payment

36. Ticket prices are set by promoters, bands or venues.
37. We may charge a Booking Fee per ticket covering transaction costs.
38. Prices may change at any time, but orders already placed are unaffected.
39. We may reject orders or cancel tickets in cases of obvious pricing errors or overselling.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Ticket247 Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Notice of changes will be placed on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms upon first use after publication.
