It was the first time that our charity beer festival had issued tickets in advance. We had to control entry numbers and make all tickets were traceable in case earlier covid restrictions were reimposed. Ticket247 made the ticketing process really easy and, importantly, their support function was really responsive. The QR scanning function worked very well and it is important for volunteer buy-in that no download is required. Although we very much hope to run our festival again next year under different circumstances we will certainly consider the advantages of guaranteed advance income in the form of ticket sales, and we would be happy to use Ticket247 again.
